Founder and General Director of Chamax Marine Services, Olivier Leconte embodies excellence and responsiveness within the sub-region’s maritime sector. With more than 20 years of experience at the heart of marine logistics and the shipping industry in Gabon, he possesses an in-depth knowledge of local challenges, regulations, and shipowners’ requirements.
In 2015, Olivier Leconte decided to channel his expertise into a flexible and highly efficient structure by establishing Chamax Marine Services. As a visionary entrepreneur, he has built and consolidated a network of reliable local partners. This strong network now enables him to respond with absolute speed and efficiency to the most complex needs of vessels and their crews.

Laure de Lestapis oversees the administrative and financial management of Chamax Marine Services. She handles invoicing, supplier coordination and client follow-up, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations from the Libreville office.
